Steve Gruber: Chief Operating Officer (COO)Mr. Steve Gruber assists with the management of the North American portfolio. He has assisted firms in generating millions of dollars in revenue through export sales. He has assisted firms in generating millions of dollars of exported products, driving millions of business transactions.
Steve Gruber has 20 years of sales, marketing and consulting experience with an in-depth knowledge of strategy development, go to market plans, marketing collaboration, marketing process, marketing infrastructure and selling techniques. He has increased client revenues with a number of growing companies in a wide range of industries including business software, IT, telecoms, cleantech, industrial and retails etc.
Steve is also the co-founder of Venture Accelerator Partners Inc, which is a professional sales & marketing agency that has worked with over 100 companies over the last 15 years. Steve has an MBA from the University of Toronto.
David Yoon: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
David specializes in corporate consulting & investment management. With precise analysis, David has developed and upgraded well-devised strategy for his clients.
Especially David has seen remarkable success in assisting clients with their export-import projects. And with robust business trips internationally David was the key executive who successfully and rapidly expended the corporation and projects in the United States, Canada, European Union, and Asia Pacific countries as multinational levels. He has maintained strong social and professional ties in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, and has therefore been able to bridge the gap between the countries/hyper-markets in they wish to expand. This direct link to business oversea is unique within the industry.
As one of his major portfolios, his export client from North America expanded oversea market rapidly; by David’s strategy and implementation, his corporate client defeated other 30 competitors and occupied the entire market as a monopoly in the country within 3 years.
In addition, David is the only one who invented JDAM (Joint Direct Accuracy Module) consulting system for his clients. The JDAM consulting system has dramatically increased success rates for client cases and projects.
His expertise allows offering insights into new markets, helping clients expand business globally. David studied bachelor of economics and law at University of Windsor. Recently David works and lives in Chicago, the United States.

Benjamin Hess: Vice President of Investment Management
Benjamin Hess, VP Investment Management, wields a wealth and knowledge in the areas of import-export, infrastructure management, applied sciences, and business development. Benjamin’s a proven leader and strategic thinker who understands the retail consumer and investment market in Canada and the USA. Benjamin has dual citizenships of the United States and Canada. He has robustly worked with hyper projects in the U.S and Canada.
He also served in the Canadian Armed Forces for seven years, eventually becoming a detachment commander and managing a multinational aerial supply organization overseas. Upon releasing he worked in the then majority party’s national office operating the day-to-day business affairs of the party.
He completed a Masters degree in European and Russian studies then began his business career in junior mining, translating geotechnical documents for investors. His team was successful in securing a partnership with one of the world’s largest secondary manufacturers which directly funded development of resource deposits. Shortly after, he was hired directly as a junior executive in a bridge civionics firm managing communications with F500 companies. His career highlight included securing a major subcontract responsible for structural health monitoring on a $5 billion USD infrastructure project.

Daniel Massicotte: Board of Directors
Daniel is a core expert of investment and the Information Technology industry. He’s joined us as a key member of the Board of Directors based on his successful investments and IT portfolios. Daniel has worked with client corporations looking to create backends that support additional revenue streams.
He has served as a principal for several global IT firms where he developed and succeeded in multi-million dollar IT corporations where he built teams, a client base, and products and services from the ground up.
Daniel is also an author of book which is “the Art of Outsourcing” as he has succeeded in outsourcing channels and expertise. Daniel graduated BA English major at McGill University.

Marina Erokhina: Executive Assistant
Marina has the tremendous multitasking expertise as a key Executive Assistant. Marina had mainly marketing manager experience previously with successful records. As an Executive Assistant, Marina advises short and long term business tactics and planning to key executives team, mainly overseeing North America and Europe. She coordinates marketing efforts, purchase orders, show orders, accounting and all aspects of pre-event procurement and post-event reconciliation.
Marina also organizes company conferences, trade shows, and major events. She interacts with our headquarters to assure the global clients and branding are consistent and in alignment internationally. Marina completed the bachelor degree of Business trade and economy of the enterprise.

Michal Olczak: Head partner of European Union

Dimitar Zhelyazkov: Board of Director
Mr. Dimitar Zhelyazkov has joined us as a board of directors with his successful corporate portfolios and investments. His expertise has dramatically saved mega corporations to increase their revenues or reduce the costs.
He has been the core management consultant specialized in Digital Transformation, Intelligent Automation, Process Optimization, Cognitive Automation (AI/ML), Target Operating Model Design, Technology Architecture, Shared Services Design. Skilled in SAP (FICO) ERP, Systems Integration, Robotics Process Automation (with Blue Prism), Data Analytics (with SQL, NumPy) and Machine Learning (Text analysis, Text Classifiers).
His performance created a modeling tool for the analysis of sell-in data of operation planning and productions for multinational corporations(MNCs) in European Union and the U.S market. Dimitar has been the key executives at Accenture consulting firm, Nokia, Philps, and Coca cola etc. He graduated Master degree of Strategic management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) in Netherland.
Anna Kostina: Export manager
Ms. Anna Kostina is a key export manager in Europe. She’s successfully managed export projects with her credibility and expertise in Europe and North America. Especially Anna is talented with various languages as she speaks of 5 languages of English, Spanish (intermediate), Ukraine, Russian and Polish. Her multi-language ability has helped our export projects succeed dramatically.
She supports and opens market opportunity in European market on behalf of our international clients. Anna has been many years experience developing new businesses and supporting export teams by providing market analysis and relevant analyzed data, to help them improve their performance in the organization. Anna graduated Master degree of Pedagogy at National Pharmaceutical University and Bachelor Degree of Ecology and Environmental Pollution at National University of Kharkiv.

Ms. Anna Jaszewska specializes in export-import consulting projects with reliable portfolios. She is passionate about helping corporate clients to expand product channels oversea, especially in European Union while also making their operations more efficient.
She has deep expertise and knowledge about trade business in Europe. In fact, she operated her own trade corporation in Europe for several years. Annie was a reputable journalist and recently has joined our team. Annie brings a wealth of public relations expertise, luxury brand know-how and innovation to the projects. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the overall strategic public relations
Before joining our firm, Annie worked as a journalist at The Korea Times Daily News in both Toronto Canada and Seoul Korea. She also worked as a reporter at Chosun Media(Ilbo), education section team, which is one of most popular media in South Korea, where she provided a range of social, culture and breaking news coverage.
Annie, who has been at the publicity helm of a myriad of media and public relations throughout her career, has garnered global recognition for her innovation, creative vision and flawless execution in developing unique campaigns and cultivating groundbreaking experiential activations. Anny studied BA of Media and Fine Art at York University in Canada. She mainly manages projects in Asia Pacific countries, South Korea and Japan.
